You don’t have to complete the whole 12 rounds all the time, some days you may just want to do 6 or less. The choice is yours. You can also do a playlist of the rounds on your device so you can do them in a different order.

Once you know you can do all 12 rounds easily you can add wrist weights to make it a bit harder.
