This mini punchbag workout will give you 3 – 3 minute rounds with a total punch count of 812.

  • Round 1 – 290 punches thrown
  • Round 2 – 290 punches thrown
  • Round 3 – 232 punches thrown

This is a quick workout that I personally use as a warm up to a weight training session. Most gyms have a punchbag hanging somewhere and that’s why I keep a pair of punching gloves in my gym bag.

This is just like The Punchbag Workout but shorter. 3 rounds instead of 12, if you are looking for a longer cardio punch workout you can check the 12 rounder HERE!
